Intervals icu app doesn't support landscape mode

The app no longer changes to landscape mode when I rotate my Android phone (Pixel 7) sideways. It used to work fine but not for the last few months. Note that the intervals.icu webpage does rotate to landscape.
This especially important for wide content such as the Fitness page.

Which browser? My Android works fine with Brave browser in both portrait and landscape.

When you say the app doesn’t work but the webpage does, what app are you using?

I get similar behaviour

Chrome on Android. Oneplus 10 Pro.

Used the “install app” in chrome

When I open the app, it stays in portrait mode. Rotating the phone does not change to landscape.

Workaround:

  1. Open app (portrait mode)
  2. Press the app switcher button
  3. While in the app switcher, rotate to landscape
  4. (re) select intervals.icu app

I’ve been using an app called rotation control seems to do the trick but be nicer if worked properly without it.
