Intervals for training rides

Hi,

When I’ve completed an interval workout I’d like to see the lap power for the intervals not the auto detected ones. i.e. If I’ve done 2 x 20 FTP and had laps on zwift or the Garmin can i just see those instead of analysing little spikes automatically. Hope this picture worked, all i want is to see if i hit my targets in the workout the ride is associated with

Try actions > use laps

  1. Do you want to see it as per your screenshot, i.e. one long interval?
  2. Or do you still want to see the 5 sets, but still see the “lap” total for all 5?

Answer

  1. Drag the right side of the fist lap to the right until it shows the full duration. This is a permanent change, and the intervals detected will disappear.
  2. Highlight the “lap” from start to finish. The summary information will show on the left-top of the graph. This will disappear once you zoom out again.

That should be default for workouts

Last used setting will be remembered.
