I built Intervals Agent with myself in mind. The core idea is simple: schedule today’s ideal Zwift workout without fuss.
It’s intentionally simple:
- Daily plan: get one workout for today based on your recent load + personal profile.
- Prompt guidance: add a short instruction (or not) to tweak.
- Sync to Zwift: super easy, ready to go
You don’t need to provide prompt guidance (it works out of the box), but if you want to, here are some examples:
- “Low cadence work”
- “VO2 max day. Make it hurt”
- “Short warmup for today’s Zwift Games race. It’s a punchy NYC course”
…you get the idea. It’s fun to make them more creative as it will influence the coach’s cues that appear in game.
