Interval Headline data fields

Hi,

I’m not sure if the topic is correct but I’m hoping someone can help.

I use Intervals as my go to analysis tool and I’m really getting loads out of it so thanks David it is A/ excellent and B/ great value.

But I’m baffled as to what these fields all mean well the bottom two i.e. EF & D in the attached instance 1.47 and 11.9% and that which was do I want those values to move? I’m guessing EF is efficiency but what’s good, what’s bad is bigger better?

And…are they user definable?

Thanks in advance

Julian

Interval.icu headlines

EF = Efficiency factor = Power/HR for stable condition. Bigger is better.
D = Decoupling = EF for second half compared to EF first half of an interval or complete workout. Lower is better because it means you can handle the load better over time.
