I’ve just moved from Garmin Ecosystem to Apple Watch. I don’t see a direct intervention between Apple Health and Intervals.icu something similar to Garmin where custom workouts created here can be sent to Garmin watch… is it possible with AW SE3? Or do I need to buy Healthfit/WorkoutDoors for syncing all the health data with intervals?
My use case:
- want to create structured running workouts in intervals and use SE3 for them
- Want to get advanced training stats - work load/ recovery metrics / training load / hrv/ RHR etc
So if anyone else using Intervals.icu with Apple Watch, please share your experience on you review the health metrics on intervals.icu?
