If I understood correctly, this should make life easier for you.

Intervals connecting with both Garmin Connect & Strava

You need to tick the box in /settings: [Screenshot 2023-12-21 at 15.37.05] Then it should update the Garmin activity name to match. Strava does send a webhook when you edit the name so edits should also come through. Note that this works for new activities.
