Hi,
I have a workout that doesn’t seem to work with zwift… I’m assuming that it is because there is a mix of HR, power and cadence in the workout.
The warmup is a Lambert sub-max test (How to perform the LSCT - Science & Cycling - Official website of the LSCT) based on HR, then intervals with power and cadence. Any tips on getting this to work? Re-do the warmup with free ride and text prompts for HR?
