Importing Garmin historical data in to Intervals.icu

Hi,
I have recently requested a data export from Garmin and it has been sent to me as a .zip file. However, Intervals is asking for a Link to History file in order to accept it. How do I obtain this link?

You provide the link to the file from the email.

This is the email from Garmin. There is no http link. It is a clickable “download” button.

It looks like you are on mobile. click and hold the download button and an option should come up to copy link.

Not on mobile, have had the data emailed to me by Garmin and accessing via Outlook on my laptop. When I select the Download button it then downloads a .ZIP file in to my Downloads folder on my Apple Mac.

It’s ok, I right click on the download button and brought up a window saying copy link. Thanks for your patience and help.

How long did it take for Intervals to process your historical Garmin data and did you get a notification?
