Import Workout plan from grup library

We have a group “Suunto Community” and we create a folder with some useful workout plans, but when we try to import to our own library in order to use it, it imports with no content. ( all three options, MRC, ZWO, and ERG )

With MRC and ERG it gets right the sport ( Bike ) but not content,

With ZWO it seems something works but is not fine at all

Can you tell me if this is correct, or there’s a way to do it better?

Thanks

Ese no es el mejor test para valorar DFA

ok, Y que propones ?

Can you share the MRC file? (perhaps just paste the contents here)

Ah… this is the reason… MRC is supposed to or rather possibly intervals.icu is expecting data to be present between the [COURSE DATA] and [END COURSE DATA]

for your other screenshot - it shows ramp 0%? Is the 0% a typo?

Basado en el último estudio hecho del grupo de investigación, comienzas 5 minutos a 50w y vas aumentando 25 vatios cada dos minutos hasta extenuación.

This MRC file is generated by Invervals.icu, so if there’s something missing then is wrong is on the export side, no?

By the way, on the first image you can see the Workout plan, named “Rampa Intervals DFA”.
And it’s supposed to do that:

  • 9m 10% Pace
  • 1m 30% Pace
  • 1m 35% Pace
  • 1m 40% Pace
  • 1m 45% Pace
  • 1m 50% Pace
  • 1m 55% Pace
  • 1m 60% Pace
  • 1m 65% Pace
  • 1m 70% Pace
  • 1m 75% Pace
  • 1m 80% Pace
  • 1m 85% Pace
  • 1m 90% Pace
  • 1m 95% Pace
  • 1m 100% Pace
  • 1m 105% Pace
  • 1m 110% Pace
  • 1m 115% Pace
  • 1m 120% Pace
  • 1m 125% Pace
  • 1m 130% Pace

En el articulo habla de los resultados, pero no veo la metodologia, igualmente lo que planteas tiene bastante sentido, y de hecho muchas similitudes

I think the situation here is that, at least for MRC and ERG files, (not sure about ZWO) is that MRC and ERG supports only POwer Based workouts. It won’t know what to do w/ Pace

I had this same situation w/ another user of My BreakAway App where I was ttrying to figure out what is happening as the intervals were not loading (to the app using MRC/ERG). Finally narrowed it down to the user using HR as the workout Structure (instead of Power).

AFAIK, only JSON can handle workouts w/ Pace and HR (again, not sure about ZWO)

@david it’s time to alert you of this.

Tienes la metodología empleada son 5 minutos a 50 w y luego cada 2 minutos 25 vatios, lo que pasa que no puedes acceder al artículo por lo que veo, lo han puesto de pago. Este estudio está realizado en España
