This is a field I can view on Apple Health after a run, wish it would import into intervals.icu. Is that possible?
Did you check the integrations
Breakaway from @app4g
Companion app from @spmcewen
There is also HealthFit for Health data sync.
They have apple health integrations as far as I know, but don’t know if they support uploading VO2max.
But I know you could do it with Apple Shortcuts, access your latest vo2max value and upload it via API
HealthFit will sync vo2max to intervals as part of it’s health metrics synchronization.
The Intervals Companion app will read the vo2max from intervals.icu and display it in the app. The app can also sync activities from intervals.icu to Apple Health/Fitness for specific platforms that have poor or non-existent native Apple Health integrations, like Garmin, Zwift, etc. It does not sync daily metrics like vo2max.
Tx @R2Tom
BreakAway will import the Vo2Max from Apple Health (among others) and sync to Intervals.icu.
Fair Warning tho, in intervals.icu, there is no (AFAIK) separation between running VO2 vs Cycling VO2 and such.
if there is a field which exists in Apple Health and is not mapped, let me know and it will be added (where possible).
That’s a good point. Apple doesn’t make this distinction either. It makes for a strange looking graph depending on which value (Garmin cycling vo2max vs Apple running/walking/hiking vo2max) was synced and when on which days (from my companion app):
Also great to see that Breakaway now syncs Apple Health metrics. I’ll keep that in mind and start recommending it. I get asked often about which apps will sync Apple metrics to intervals.
I have in breakaway v2omax checked , how apple monitoring v2omax ? I need to start bicycle training on watch ?
