Am i doing it right?
When i want to ride a structured WO just once - which i import via zwo format (or other of the supported formats)- i cant import it straight to the agenda day of planned execution, but i need to import it to my trainings first, then drag it from there to the calendar and then delete it from my trainings (bcause its a one time purpose). Asking because xert can now AI generate workouts. Since xert does not sync with intervals i always import the sets manually. - the WO design is unfortunately not embedded in the recording so i cant simply extract it in intervals and i like the visual WO plan paired to the actual effort. (Extract is such a great feature nonetheless! I use it quite often )
