Import and Download

Good Morning, When I create a workout and and I try to download it and then import it in other day, It doesn´t appear completly. Only it appears the name of workout and the warm up, but It doesn´t appear the main set and the cooldown. Do I need a special program???

What did you try and import it into? And what format did you download it in?

When I create a workout, I pulse downland to have this workout in my files. And then I try to duplicate or copy the same worout in another day but I can´t…

If you have created the workout, it’s in your library. You don’t have to export and import it to another day, just drag-and-drop from your library.

As Cyclopaat says and you can also hold down “Alt” (or “Option” on a Mac) when dragging a workout to make a copy instead of moving it. This works on the calendar and in the library (e.g. to duplicate a library workout, hold down alt and drag it onto the same folder). You can also tick the “Copy when dragging” checkbox on the library - useful for iPads and so on.

Just click and hold it while dragging works fine on my iMac too - probably b/c I’ve ticked that option, as I figured it would copy a workout instead of moving it, when you drag it from Thursday to Friday…
