Yesterday I imported my Garmin .zip export to intervals to get older data imported. However I noticed that my avg. sleeping HR from Garmin was written to my Resting HR in Intervals.
I’m using a Garmin Fenix 7x and I when you use pulse ox. during sleep, you get an additional average sleeping HR metric recorded. I believe it’s only an issue with the .zip export as my Resting HR from today is correct at 50 bpm (my avg. sleeping HR was 54 bpm).
I’ve manually updated the past couple weeks of data back to the correct resting HR.
Additionally, if Garmin is storing this value now, is there a way to have it map automatically to the Avg. Sleeping HR?
