Hi everyone,
I’ve been building RideRIX, a road cycling training platform that integrates with Intervals.icu and lets you use your training data with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok.
RideRIX also supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), allowing MCP-compatible AI assistants to connect directly to RideRIX and access your training data.
The idea is not to replace Intervals.icu, but to make it easier to use the data already collected there when deciding what to do next in your training.
What can you do with RideRIX?
With the Intervals.icu integration, RideRIX can automatically import activities and wellness data such as HRV, sleep, resting heart rate and weight.
You can then ask an AI things like:
- How was my latest workout?
- How is my current fatigue and recovery?
- What workout would be appropriate tomorrow?
- Compare my recent intervals or races.
- Adjust my training plan based on my recent training and recovery.
- Create or modify a structured workout.
Workouts
RideRIX also includes a training calendar and workout library.
Structured workouts can be created or edited with AI and synced through Intervals.icu to platforms such as Zwift and Garmin.
Available in 8 languages
RideRIX is currently available in 8 languages.
Since Japanese is my native language, some of the translations may not sound completely natural. If you notice anything strange, unclear or awkward in a language other than Japanese, please let me know — feedback from native speakers would be very helpful.
Try RideRIX
There is a free plan, so you can try the basic AI integration without subscribing.
I’m still actively developing RideRIX, and feedback from Intervals.icu users would be especially valuable.
If you find something confusing, something missing, or something you’d like the AI integration to be able to do, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.
Thanks!
