I connected my HRV4Trainning at intervals for the first time yesterday. All great.
Today my readings are not showing. I changed some tags there, uploaded to dropbox several times, but still nothing. Any clues? Thank you very much in advance.
I’ve made a bike workout changing dates via fit file tools and imported directly here (i read that any time a new activity is uploaded the wellness are refreshed) and now shows my rest HR, but only this. Wieeeeerd.
Ok, now I’ve figure it out. The rest heart rate is showing correctly everyday, but all the other metrics are one day behind. The CSV file has this:
Any ideas guys?
More updated: I manualy copied and past the first collum with the correct date to the second collum and uploaded in dropbox. It instantaneous showed everything correct in intervals.
How to manage that?
