IBI, RMSSD and cRMSSD per age bin
I know some here will find this rather interesting.
For the masses, these numbers are not target goals. They are population-based IBI, RMSSD and cRMSSD reference values in age bins. Aim to see what you can do positively influence your particular values.
Still, I admit that I’m feeling kinda buff when comparing to my baseline values (IBI 1259ms, RMSSD 72ms) to ‘M55-59 peers’.
