HrTSS Vs Load on Intervals.icu

Hi everyone,

I have been using interval.icu from last few months now and i have a ATP planner tool which is based on TSS. I dont use power meter but my workouts are based on HR. When I try planning my week on Interval.icu It shows training load. Can someone help me to get a ballpark of load and HrTSS?

secondly, I have set HRSS (normalized TRIMP) But i see that my rides LOAD of HRSS and Hr TSS are completely different on interval.icu and training peaks respectively.

Also while creating workout
Changing training load calculation (time in zone, average heart rate, HRSS) doesn’t make any difference in the load of the workout created.
Can someone explain Why?

The workout builder always uses HRSS to estimate load for HR based workouts. It uses the resting HR, LTHR and max HR settings for the currently selected athlete for the calculation. So if you are looking at an athletes calendar and open an HR based workout from your library it will re-calculate the load.
