HR % for 80/20 Training


Hi,
For someone who is following the 80/20 training philosophy, I just want to say how great Intervals.icu is for easily being able to ensure that I am training at the correct HR zones ie. 80% Z1&Z2 and 20% Z3 & above by clearly showing me the total % by each zone and then selecting what type of training I am doing i.e Polarized, Pyramidal etc. Makes it so much easier to ensure I am doing sufficient Z2 training to ensure I don’t fatigue myself too much by doing too much higher intensity efforts. Well done again on a great training platform.
