unfortunally today the gpt didnt see my connection..I reconnect again, but it can’t read my profile
can you send me a telegram message with its respond please?
@hivriko
it’s definitely can’t be connected to fb ![]()
as for issues with tg connection, I am sorry to hear that, I didn’t really see the issues like this. usually the confirmation comes to the chat called Telegram. try again please
I don’t have any telegram message for this issue. I competed my workout, I received the telegram message about the workout, I asked stas gpt to load my today’s activities..it’s said it can not because I am not connected with my intervals account ( which was connected)I disconnect my account, connected again but it’s behave the same..no connection with the interval account..the update boxes was checked
I sent you an instruction
how to act @ ChatGPT
Let me pls know if it helps
Usually it’s enough just to start a new chat, it’s acting weird sometimes
Do you use Claude Code then? It seems I can’t connect my own MCP with the free version of Claude AI.
It is planned to add a profile for cyclists, not just for runners?
Thank you for the question. I’ve thought about this; initially, I created the service just for myself as a runner, but it became clear that people don’t only run—they participate in other sports too. I also do various activities myself, so I naturally added support for other disciplines.
These can be synced from a watch, though they are currently treated as supplementary rather than primary categories. However, I think, as a cyclist, you can easily use the tool. I’m actually working on refining that aspect right now.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, of course. As a cyclist, I’ve adapted your project to myself without any problems and everything is working fine. I’m still in the learning stage, but I already like everything. Good luck and keep it up!
I am happy to hear that! Спасибо, Олег!
Is it possible to connect intervals.icu to Gemini, without to much work :), instead sine that is what I am using generally for AI.
You will need to buy Anthropic API credits for MCP to work on Claude. Starts at $5. Not yet sure how long they will last.
Gotta admit, it works like a charm, with your data being stored locally.
Definitely not right now, but I think Gemini will soon be allowed to connect to external sources too
Would it be possible to expose carb intake to STAS?
STAS GPT tells me it can see planned nutrition targets from calendar workouts, but it cannot access the completed Intervals activity field “CHO In” (or CHO used for that matter) on completed rides.
Today’s bike analysis…looks poor
As you said..it will be detailed.
Also I updated my goal on stas. Detailed race pace for each sport for my upcoming triathlon race bat the gpt insist on the run
Thanks for the suggestion! The data we get from Intervals is quite extensive, and we have to be selective about what we pass to GPT — there are context limits, so we always need to balance between completeness and keeping things fast and useful.
Nutrition fields like CHO In aren’t included yet. Is this something you actively track for most rides? Would help us understand the demand before prioritizing it.
Thanks for the feedback! You’re right — there are a lot of metrics coming from Intervals, and cramming them all into a notification doesn’t make sense.
But we can definitely add a few useful ones for cycling. The question is — which ones? What would be most valuable for you to see right after a ride? For example: avg power, NP, IF, cadence — or something else?
All the detailed data (power zones, decoupling, efficiency) is already available in the GPT chat for deeper analysis.
As for triathlon goals — good point. We’re working on making GPT better at handling multi-sport goals, not just running. If you set pace targets for bike and swim, GPT should respect them. We’ll keep improving this.
The circled metrics are the importants .. alongside with the existing data…the circle of the heart rate metrics is wrong..the avg and max hr is critical too..( I forgot my glasses
Nice!!!
