Hi, I have tried it and I can’t find how to do it.
Does it is possible?
Thanks
There is no automatic as HRV4Training doesn’t support. Your option is Dropbox or some 3rd party app like healthfit.
It’s been discussed before in this forum on how to use this option.
There’s some help in this discussion.
dropbox didn’t work for me, but now intervals plays with healthsync. . So linked hrv4training to apple health, then use healthsync to upload into intervals.
can you tell me what you are doing here, is this getting rrmsd into apple health?
Link hrvtraining to Apple heath (in hrvtraining settings)
Then…
Use Health sync to update intervals https://healthsync.app/
yes sorry, I have both and can do this, what HRV does it sync and intergate to intervals RMSD or SDNN from breath?
Apple Health Does not Support RMMSD, only SDNN so you can only get 1
(BreakAway does this sync from APple Health → Intervals.icu but since SDNN is not available as a field in APple Health, nothing much can be done. also, I’m pretty sure HRV4Training doesn’t write rMSD into Apple Health)
your best bet is Dropbox. (which I’m not even sure if it will be supported in the long run. )
What is it about Dropbox that is not working, fo you?
For iOS, both options to export, to Dropbox and via email (also to Dropbox) work from HRV4Training. Both values (SDNN and RMSSD) are pushed though.
On a separate note, SDNN should be used on long duration measurements (usually overnight) and not the short measurements like 1-5 minutes in the morning.
Exactly. So I want SDNN from AF Apple health and RMSD from hrv4training after minute breath on wake up. All in intervals.
For HRV4Training data coming into Intervals, in the Dropbox settings, you can exclude SDNN.
The value in the Dropbox file is the same as the value that goes to Health, which is from HRV4Training and not Apple.
I use HealthFit, but only to get workouts done on my Apple Watch when one of my Garmin devices are unavailable (physical or low battery). I don’t always sleep with my watch on, so not 100% sure about the SDNN value that comes from Apple; how to get a value, and how to check. It’s not a value/metric I value much.
HRV4Training integrates with Health and can write Heart Rate and sleep time data as well as read sleep data from the Health app
This way you can keep all your data in a centralized place. At the moment, rMSSD cannot be written to Health, since it is not part of the standard parameters. Hence, only SDNN will be pushed to Health
You can select the parameters you’d like to read or write to Health by tapping the small gear button
