I would like to create a graph to evaluate my training sessions, as I believe the time of day I train may be influencing my results. I’ve noticed that I tend to perform better when I train in the morning compared to afternoon or evening sessions. Which graph or variable can I use on Intervals to track the start time of my workouts on a daily basis and analyze this impact?

Try adding tags, in the description, like #morning #afternoon.
Then you can filter using the tag.
