How to set actual load for manual workouts

I am primarily using intervals.icu for pulling in my Strava/Peloton/Garmin data for cycling & rowing to support my training plan but would also like to log in my kettlebell strength training workouts. I do these completely offline with no HR monitor or anything (gasp! I know!). I’ve tried manually adding the workouts, but I can’t seem to find any way to set the actual load on the calendar view. When I look at the workout details, the load field is set just fine. I added these as manual workouts with no planned calendar items. Any suggestions?


Load is there but Intervals has load for Strength by default set to not count for cardiovascular fitness. You can read about it here and also change that if you want to.

Ah, ok! I was misunderstanding what the “Load 0” really meant on the calendar then. Was thinking it was “actual” load for the workout like my planned/actual cycling/row workouts, not the “load to be included in fitness calculations” value. Thank you for that clarification!
