How to remove tabs from the fitness page [Solved]

It may be obvious, but…

Is there a way to remove tabs from the fitness page?
On the tab itself I see no indication of it being possible

Running Firefox on Android.

Click the tab.
Click Options.
Edit Tab.
Delete.
