Hi. How can i upload my workouts from interval to my gps, iGPSPORT 630, software iGPSPORT ? Thanks. Someone can help my?

According to their webpage they support workouts from TrainingPeaks. If I remember correctly there is a tool for a intervals.icu/TrainingsPeaks-connection (tp2intervals?).
Or you could try to find out where the workouts are stored on the devices and manually drop them.
Also, there are some iGPSPORT-threads, e.g. iGPSport bike computer integration
