Sign up for Trainer Day ($3.99 mth {their site}, $4.99 app store, or $39 a yr) and import or build workouts and plans. When linked to a free Training Peaks account it will send the “Workout of the Day” to Training Peaks and Intervals and Training Peaks will send it to My Whoosh.
Intervals - better app and only $48 + Trainer Day $39 a year = $88 or
2.Training Peaks for less customizing and control plus more money ($130 a year)
As a side note, if you have the file of the route you will be riding in a race/event you can upload it to Trainer Day and train on it. It will include the elevation changes if you use a GPX or FIT (if you have ridden it).
Good Info. Didn’t know TP also sends to MyWhoosh. Looks like I need to explore if MyWhoosh has an API which I can tap into and get workouts into it via BreakAway. I tried to get TP API access, but was denied. Do you know if there’s an API for MyWhoosh?
BreakAway also is able to simulate outdoor rides using GPX/TCX/FIT files (can be from any source. I sometimes download it from Strava and I get to ride Zwift’s ADZ for instance) and enable you to ride either by Power or by Slope Simulation. (and also enable you to selectively increase/decrease the slope simulation much like Zwift’s Trainer Difficulty)
How do you import your plans into Trainer Day? My understanding is that you have to create or import workouts in TD one by one, but hopefully i am wrong
