I created a planned workout, and now I want to Duplicate and Edit it within intervals.icu, just like I do with routes on Strava, for example. The cumbersome way of doing that is to export the workout onto a file, and then upload it again on the different day and edit it. Is there a quicker option to duplicate a workout?
Related to that, is there a list of all workouts that I created on intervals.icu? It would be nice if I could just pick from that list when adding a Calendar Entry. Or am I using the planned workout feature in the wrong way?
You can also hold down Alt or Option while dragging on the calendar to make a copy instead of moving. You can also tick the “Copy when dragging” box on the workout library (e.g. if on a touch device).
