Copy previous trainings into agenda of a sporter

Hi Is there a possibility to copy and paste, done workouts/trainings into an agenda in the upcomming weeks…
A + would be that this is possible and I only have to update few lines within the training.

Yes, it can be done by dragging the workout to your library. From the library, you can then add the workout to the future.

You can also use the “Week” menu to copy and paste weeks of training:

Another way is to create a training plan with only one week or a couple of weeks in it and drag and drop that on the calendar.
