I was wondering how I could set all my FTP value that I got over the past years. After I set my FTP in settings the FTP value is now set for every activity, while these where based on different FTP values. I would like to do something similar to the FTP history of TR.
I actually just found out how to do this for every entry of FTP. Go to calender and edit then you can adjust FTP for a certain period of time. Would be more convenient to just be able to input a list of FTP and the corresponding dates.
I don’t understand how this works exactly. What happens if I change my ftp in my settings today? Will all of my past charts remain based on my prior ftp? Or will it update all past charts with my new ftp? Thanks.
Your current FTP in /settings applies to new activities. If you edit your FTP on your most recent activity then /settings is also updated so it applies to new activities. The activity list view and bulk edit option are how you can sort out your history.
Hi, back on this topic again. Is it possible to “delete” a set FTP? I found out that some older activities have a FTP set to them, while I had never done a test to assess it back then. I would like to remove those values from the activities. When I try to do this with the edit option, the value just comes back when I reload.
Hi, I have activities without power meter data, but it gave those activities my standard FTP number even activities from years ago. I want to remove the activity FTP value (and W’) from all activities without a power meter. Is this possible?
None of my activities “with no power recorded” shows an FTP number.
All the power metrics are not shown (see example below).
I’m curious to see how your activity with no power shows FTP and W’/W’ Balance.
Hi, thanks for your answer. I wasn’t talking about the activity view but the activities list. I can not remove the FTP and W’ numbers from this historical view (the encircled ones in the screenshot). The activities themselves with and without the PM look the same as your screenshot.
The columns are from L to R: Avg HR, Norm Pwr, Intensity, Load, FTP, Weight, W’
Because the values are not correct, I didn’t have any FTP measurements for those old rides. I tried to delete a bunch of the FTP data from those old rides since my current FTP was applied to them. Instead of deleting this, it assigned the FTP and W’ to all of them (even without power data).
