I wonder how I can name a certain bloc of activities.
Ex: let’s say that for the next 4 weeks, I want to do some lactate shuttling.
When I look at the fitness page I would like it to be on top of the blue line during those 4 weeks, so it would be a lot easier to see what I have done for a certain period during the year. Does anyone know how to do something that simple? I have no clue so far.
