I quite like the feature of being able to hide commutes from the main activity page.
However since I activated the Garmin Connect download, this does not seem to happen anymore. And I don’t think there is a way to mark commutes in Garmin? Would it be possible to match the status of commute of activities on Strava with Garmin connect?

Garmin uses Transportation iso Commute. It is an Event Type.
The Strava commute flag is now copied across as you suggest. I also made the existing name update a bit more aggressive so the name should track the Strava name more closely.
@MedTechCD Unfortunately Intervals only gets the raw file and its id from GC.

until today I was only using strava to download my activities. Many of them are tagged “commute” and bike is also selected.
Today, I activate “download activities from garmin connect” and activities have been updated with garmin data but I loss information about commute and bike ? Is it normal ?
Yes I think that Garmin don´t send this type off info in .fit files
Yes I know. I would like that interval.icu keep commute information from strava.
The Strava commute, trainer and race indicator fields should now be preserved when a Strava activity is replaced by a non-Strava one. I will deploy this Sat AM (GMT+2).
Unfortunately this won’t help with the commute and bike info you already lost.

For my past activities, could you add this fields in edit window to do a massive change ?
I am making commute, trainer and race fields checkboxes editable on the activity list view. Should be done later today. Nice weather so going for a ride first
