HF-Diagramm not showing

Hi There

not sure wether this is a bug. Probably im doing wrong …

I have a cadence sensor and a heart rate monitor. When I go into the detailed view of my activity via the calendar, I can see the timeline for cadence and altitude. However, the heart rate graph isn’t displayed. In the field selection, all heart rate-related values (HR, HR zone, etc.) are activated, but the corresponding graphs aren’t shown.

When I go to the data tab and try to export a .fit file, intervals.icu does offer the option to include heart rate data, so I assume intervals has the data.

What am I doing wrong?
Regards
Daniel

Is there a heart rate tab? What do you see there?

No there is no Heart Rate Tab.

In my original data there is heart rate (I see e.g. in Sigma Data Center - have a sigma cycle computer)

When i go to the data-tab und want to export a .fit File it offers option to export the heartrate (same for .gpx eport)

I exported it and used a .fit file viewer. Seems there is no heart rate data in the .fit file.

During winter time I used TPVirtual (+Polar HR sensor) --sync–> strava --sync–> intervals which worked fine

Now I use Sigma Rox 4.0 (+Polar HR sensor) --sync–> strava --sync–> intervals and it did not work.

I went deeper into strava. Probably the root of my problem is/ was there. In the settings->/permissions [“Datenberechtigungen”] strava had no permission to process [“Zugriff verweigern”] my HR Data.
Now i allowed this and I am optimistic that this will solve my problem. No problem with intervals at all
Strange that my data flow from TPVirtual worked but from Bike computer failed …

Thanks for your fast reply. Intervals.icu is a great site.

Kind regards
Daniel
