I need help importing my historical Garmin activities into Intervals.icu.
My Garmin account is connected and new activities can be synced, but I cannot get my historical activities imported.
I have already tried Import All Garmin Data several times using the download link provided by Garmin. The import does not bring my historical activities into Intervals.icu.
I have also downloaded my Garmin data manually. The export contains approximately 18,480 FIT files in the DI-Connect-Uploaded-Files folder, split into three ZIP files.
I would really like to import my historical training data because I use Intervals.icu to track my running and HYROX training.
Could you please advise me on the best way to import this Garmin history? Is there a way for Intervals.icu to process the Garmin ZIP files directly, or is there another method you recommend?

You say that you have already tried 3 times: have you been patient enough? The first thing that happens is that, in the background, a list of all tasks is being constructed. You don’t see anything happen during that time, but you should not interrupt it and just be patient.
Depending on the number of activities that needs to be imported, the entire process can take more then 24hr.

The Garmin import has finished, but unfortunately 0 activities were imported.
I tried to download the ZIP file containing the failed/unimported activity files, but Outlook blocks the download link as an unsafe link (it points to a Backblaze B2 URL).
Could you please provide another way for me to download the ZIP file, or advise how I can access it safely?
