Health Sync is a fitness data sync app for Android and iOS. It supports Apple Health, Google Fit, Huawei Health, Samsung Health and Strava.
Health Sync can sync activities from Strava to Intervals.icu and these are not subject to the same restrictions as data from the Strava API i.e. your Intervals.icu followers will be able to see them. This is great news for people using devices without direct Intervals.icu support.
Android
Health Sync supports: activity data, step count data and weight data. This will be extended in March with: sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, respiration, calories intake, water intake.
Data from the following apps can be synced to Intervals.icu: Coros, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Huawei Health, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Strava, Suunto and Withings. Others coming in March: FatSecret (calories intake), Medm Health (multiple wellness data items), Diabetes:M (blood glucose).
Note that Intervals.icu has direct support for Coros, Garmin, Oura, Polar and Suunto.
Support for syncing from Health Connect to Intervals.icu is being explored and may be added in the coming months, depending on Google’s policies.
iOS
Health Sync supports: activity data, step count data, weight data, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiration, calories intake, water intake.
Activity data and wellness data on iOS can be synced from Apple Health to Intervals.icu, and from Fitbit, Garmin Connect, Huawei Health and Strava. Samsung Health is not supported on iOS, that is technically not possible (Samsung doesn’t support iOS anymore for their latest watches and ring).
