Apologies in advance for the daft question, is the green line supposed to represent the planned session? It never seems to line up with my sessions. In the image below, the green line appears to start a cooldown during the final rep and then drops to a walking pace during the cooldown. I’ve also included an image of how I structure the session in intervals that is then sent to my watch. Is the de-sync due to how I’ve structured the session in intervals? I found a similar existing thread on this but it didn’t quite solve it for me. Also, does the de-sync actually matter? Cheers.
It’s because you have full rests (stops) in your planned workout. Those are simply skipped because ‘not moving’.
If you set those at a Z1 pace, the planned session will represent them.
