Garmin hasn’t sync’d my latest run in several hours. Is there a larger back-end issue, or some problem on my account? All previous data seems to have sync’d prior to today.
ah I created same question half an hour earlier… I don’t think it’s a bug report or issue on the Intervals side, I experienced some lags in sync between GC → Strava too.

I am not seeing any errors so I think the web hooks for new activities are just being delayed. The chart looks a bit lower than yesterday:

How exactly do you import it manually?
I tried exported to .tcx from garmin, and import to Intervals, but the file is too big almost 2Mb. Don’t even know if it recognizes this format…

upd so I found it… somehow on mobile version I couldn’t find, but switching to desktop mode helped.
I emailed Garmin support to see if there’s an issue on their end. I will report back when I hear from Garmin.
FWIW I’m having the same issue. I had rides update automatically on Monday and Tuesday. I rode Wednesday and today, synced to Garmin, see the rides in Garmin but not in intervals.icu. I disconnected/reconnected intervals to Garmin and tried downloading the old activities with no luck.
I have the same problem. No sync of Garmin Connect activities since Tuesday.
I have contacted Garmin support. I will revert back here when I get a response.
Looks like this is a “not everyone is affected” situation. I just did a walk/run and it got synced to Strava and Intervals. (Activity says “view on Garmin / Strava”
Mine also syncs fine. Yesterday’s ride has pulled through to all apps, and the walk this afternoon.
No problem with my run yesterday. All synced fine and within seconds.
I deleted/disconnected my sync approvals and then re-approved/re-connected. Everything is coming over again fine.
I have been having the same issues with my fenix and edge, whenever I want to upload I have to disconnect my device and re add it every time for a activity to upload
An athlete that I follow as coach is having some issues with pairing the Garmin Connect account. We can’t see any activity on Intervals, both old or new. Can you help us? Thank you in advance.
