As per the title…Is it possible to auto sync the sleep data from Garmin connect into HRV4Training?

I don’t think it can, otherwise there would be a Garmin link in the settings.
He (Marco) has said that Garmin doesn’t comply with the standard transfer protocols for the data (HRV specifically), so not sure if it’s other metrics included.
He does show this (manual input) in the FAQs (scroll close to bottom of page where Garmin is referenced):

I guess what I’m asking is if there is a work around to get this into HRV4T?
Anybody here managing to get the Garmin sleep data into HRV4T via a 3rd party? I already manually input my HRV into HRV4T but would like a sleep data auto sync if possible
