Garmin 'other' for weights

If my basic garmin forunner 45 watch doesn’t have a gym/weight option should I just use ‘other’ option and in i.icu settings update activity type: other 0% fitness 100% fatigue like the screen shot shows?

or is there a way to auto change uploaded ‘other’ workouts as weights?
do newer watches have a weight option that would make the data more accurate?
