Garmin Connect Workouts missing steps

When viewing my intervals.icu workouts in Garmin Connect - I see the text entry that I created but no programmed steps for my workout - screenshots below.

It’s my first time using Intervals.icu so apologies in advance if this is something simple I’m missing.

Hi Jonathan, and welcome.

Punctuation matters here, the fix should be just put a space in next to %
The first couple of lines are OK, but that last line “105%pace” just needs to be “105% pace”

The second step in the interval shows only the duration (1 minute), and will also need to show your pace, eg. 50% pace, or 60% pace.

In Garmin Connect, it will look like this:

And on the device, it will look like this:

Thanks for the screenshots! I figured it out - I wrote up a few of my observations below between scheduling workouts in garmin connect versus intervals.icu in-case this comes up in the future. (I purposedly left the 2nd step in the interval blank as a rest interval, I don’t like to set a target for my rest intervals)

The functionality is slightly different than the native garmin connect workouts - where with native garmin connect, the calendar events shows a snapshot of a workout in the garmin connect interface (sample screenshot below), whereas intervals.icu creates a workout with the text field in the calendar and an actual workout with the same name and all the steps.

So when I was looking for the workouts on my watch (epix 2) in the calendar widget - I only saw the text field entries - but I now realize the underlying workouts are all on my watch in the workout widget and it seems to load the workout to the calendar a day ahead of time.

Watch pictures for tomorrow (halloween) shows my 6km run as both a calendar entry and a workout, whereas Friday has my shakeout workout only as an all-day calendar entry (I assume by Thursday night this will fill in as a calendar entry and a workout), but in the workout widget for Next 7 Days I can access all the workouts I created in intervals.icu (for the next 7 days).

This implementation of the calendar entry and a workout entry is slightly less clean than native garmin connect creating a duplicate entry - however it doesn’t seem to be a big deal for me.
