Im a new user , all the data i have synced with garmin connect was done using import all data button and manually importing workouts because they wore not synced , i thought it was due to be TACX indoor workouts but none of my wellness or garmin workout activities are synced.
I don’t know if i have any wrong set up but i have checked the account setting on garmin connect side and all the data sharing option with intervals app are on .
Im also a supporter user .
Is there any suggestion ? don’t know what else to check our change

In Intervals setting do you have the wellness and options ticked?
Somehow you ended up without Garmin user_id’s in the Intervals.icu db. I have disconnected you from Garmin. Please re-tick the boxes and authorise Intervals.icu. Hopefully that will sort things out.

same thing happens to me
Maybe you can try to disconnect from garmin on the red symbol
and then connect again , don’t know if it works but i think is worth to try

It will take a while and some historical activities might not load. You do have a Garmin health access token.
The health data does sync, but if I create a workout I don’t sync it to the Garmin calendar.
You probably need to disconnect from Garmin and then re-connect. I am not sure what has happened to cause these problems …
I have disconnected from Garmin and from intervals, I have synchronised again and it does not synchronise any workout, but the health data can be seen in intervals.
I figured it out. You had the upload filter set to indoor/outdoor but without anything selected (poor UX). I deleted that so now it is “All activities” and is working.

I have Strava synchronized since my beginnings.
If I now unlink Strava and put on Garmin, are the activities duplicated?
Unlinking Strava means that all your Strava data will be removed! That’s per Strava’s terms of use, @david must delete all the data.
So you better make sure that you have everything on Garmin before doing that.

Garmin activities will replace Strava ones so you shouldn’t get dups. The activity name from Strava is kept.

Is this issue standard among new users that use Garmin to sync? I have the same issue where the system does not sync any Garmin activities. It uploaded the Garmin file of my old activities but hasn’t sync’d any of the recent activities. I disconnected/reconnected multiple times with no results.
The name that is given in garmin does not appear in intervals?
