I’m getting Resting HR, Sleep Score, and HRV fine via Garmin Connect, and I see Avg. Sleeping HR as a graph choice, but nothing shows up when I add it to a Compare chart set-up. Would be particularly nice as Connect doesn’t include it as a report either. - Scot

Avg. Sleeping HR is a Custom Wellness field that I shared. So you need to activate and populate it before something will show in the graph.
There is no device field coupled to it, so you will need to find a way to do that. Manually, through the API, with a script…
You first of all need to get that data somewhere. If your watch doesn’t have that available, you’re out of luck.
I’m extracting it from the Coros app and sending it to the Intervals API, because my Coros watch has it as a metric.
I just manually input my nightly avg spo2 and HR, doesn’t take long at all.
