a friend of mine noticed that her Garmin activities are no longer syncing to Intervals.icu.
I tried to reset the connection on both sides: I disconnected Garmin in Intervals.icu and also removed the Intervals.icu connection in Garmin Connect. After that, I reconnected Garmin from Intervals.icu, enabled all permissions, and clicked “Import all Garmin data” / “sync 1 year”. However, nothing happened.
We waited until today, but the activities still did not appear.
In the meantime, I also completed a ride today, and now I noticed the same problem on my own account: the Garmin activity was not uploaded/imported to Intervals.icu either.
I again removed the Garmin connection on both sides and reconnected it with all permissions enabled, but even when I click to import the last year, nothing seems to happen.
Is there any way to check what is wrong with the Garmin sync/import?
Could this be a temporary Garmin/Intervals.icu sync issue, or is there something else I should verify?
