It’d be great to have metrics for the coming week take into account planned workouts.
For example, if i go to my current week, I see the nice metrics showing time in zone, load, and training type (polarized, base,…).
However, for next week, it only shows time, and… that’s it. Would be great to see the projections for next week, assuming the loaded future workouts are done with 100% compliance
In fact, would be prefect, if I could see the same training metrics overview for the future week, as i see for the current week.
If I click on current week, it shows the detailed metrics, would be great to have the same for next week analyzing future workouts
I just realised that this feature (showing load for future weeks) already exists. The problem is that the workouts pulled from TP don’t include it. Intervals.icu looks for “TSS 123” entries in the workout description to get load. So if you can get that into the descriptions it should work.
Would be good to know what type of workload i have coming to me next week able be able to make adjustment as required in the TP workout to ensure I get the workload stimulus I want (specific time in zone, to achieve polarized effect, or base, or …)
The data published via the calendar link isn’t as rich as that. This is all I get:
BEGIN:VEVENT
DESCRIPTION:Workout type: Bike\nTime to practice your sprints\, find a good
clear section of road\, or do it indoors on the trainer. Try and do at le
ast 6x. If 6x is easy go for 9x.\nThis are high intensity efforts (z5 z6)
as hard as you can go for the prescribed time (eg 2mins) with a z1 easy pe
dal in between. Sprint intervals should be done at 110-130% of your FTP\nP

If you can get TSS in there at least that will carry through.
TP might have an API that provides more information but they are not likely to grant Intervals.icu access
