I miss a feature to delay the form diagram on the fintess-page by a day for race days. I’ll try to give a comprhensive example for what I mean: Next Sunday I am doing a race. My scheduled workouts for the coming week predict that I am at the bottom of the fresh-zone on Sunday. However, If I enter the predicted Training Load for the race in my calender, to gauge how to schedule my workouts the week after, the fitness diagram will now show me a lower form for Sunday.
I takte it, that the form diagram shows me my form for a given day for the end of that day. Thereby assuming how my form will be after i finished all scheduled workouts / races for that day.
However, when I look on that diagram for a raceday, I am intrested how my form is before I start the race, not how it will be after I finish. I see that this current methode to display form makes sense for regular training weeks, but for a race day it seems confusing (if you use the feature to predict training load for upcoming races).
Maybe it would be cool to add a second form-line, showing form for each day of the week before the scheduled workouts / races are completed. E.g. showing me that I have a green form before I start a VO2max session, and red form after it…
