Form data mismatch between website and app

Hey there, quite new to this website and companion app. Really like the widgets from the app for iphone!

Its been about a week since I started here, but so far there is a mismatch in a form score between the website and app. Tried to uninstall the app and did full logout from there too with no success.

todays fitness scores:
Fitness 48 - app and web same
Fatigue 37 - app and web same
Form 23% on the app and 11% on the website

Which one should I believe? And is there any fix to it so that they match?

Different Form Value Calculations

Sure. First off, there’s no official mobile app. There are a couple of apps developed by other users and doing a great job of displaying data coming from the Intervals API. Your specific issue: the iPad app has its form calculation setting set to %. -44% is the result of an absolute form number of 15 relative to the Fitness number. The web Intervals has its form setting to absolute value and is 34-49=-15 (NOT percentage but absolute number) What you should use? Have a read here:
