Is it a Strava activity? If so there should be a note about why. Strava changed their API terms of service and Intervals.icu is no longer allowed to show Strava activities to followers. Coaches can still see them.

Your best option is to connect Garmin/Polar/Suunto etc. directly. You can keep Strava connected and Intervals.icu will replace Strava activities with Garmin et al.
I have just had a call with Strava about the changes to the Strava API terms and conditions, specifically the requirement to only show Strava activities to the athlete who performed the activity.
Strava’s intention was to avoid the situation where someone grants access to their data to someone else (e.g. accepts a follow request on Intervals.icu) and then forgets about it leading to privacy problems much later.

Intervals.icu supports retrieving Strava activities using the Strava API and supporters can fetch their complete history using the “Download Old Data” button in /settings. However this data is subject to the Strava API terms of service which prohibit Intervals.icu from showing activities obtained via the API to your Intervals.icu followers (coaches can see them). Intervals.icu also has to delete the data if you disconnect Strava or Strava requests it.
