Afternoon all,
Has anyone ever tried to get the fitness graph to show the ‘type’ of training week you have achieved in the past / are on track to achieve in the future?
In my mind this comes out as a colour coded tag for each week, such as Base, Threshold, Polarized, Pyramidical etc. over each week in the graph.
In my mind it could serve as a good understanding of what your training has looked like over the past few months and then how it’s planning out for the future.
