How long have you been training and monitoring this? What is you weekly volume (hours)? If it’s low or any other parameter is off, you can easily go (deep) red with one long effort.
More importantly: how do you feel? If okay and feeling also itching to train, go ahead.

You can do this by adding a note for the length of the training block to your calender. It will then be displayed on the fitness graph like this:
I started training sept 27th. My weekly volume is only about 2.5 hours.
According to my form i can only train about 2 times a week.
Why does one longer effort makes it go red?
You’re training twice a week, an hour at a time. If you add another training day, your weekly volume will immediately increase by about 50%. This is very inadvisable unless you know for sure you can handle that.
Try making one of your training days progressively longer by ~10% until you can do 3 days of ~1 hour instead. Alternatively, spilt one of your days in two and start increasing the length of workouts.
What @Andrii_Magalich said - the thing is, if you do not have a lot of history and are just starting, or if your training load is low (2.5 hours a week is rather low), than an extra ride will put you in the red.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. Like I said, if you feel fine increasing your training load to maybe 5 hours/week or whatever you want, just do that and your fitness/form will start to show that.
It’s like, if I have been training 10 hours a week for years, but never recorded any of it and then register on Strava and here, I will start at 0 and my form will be red after my first ride. That will pass within a couple of weeks following my normal training regime.
I integrate the different mesocycles via the calendar by clicking on hlidayx then I put the dates but nothing is displayed on the fitness?
I have just double checked and I don’t think holidays are displayed on the fitness chart. Could you try changing it to a note to see if that works? You will also need to make sure the “Do not show on fitness chart” checkbox is not checked.
@Calum_Young is correct, you need to make those notes. Holidays are only displayed when you move the marker to that date.
Hello, simple question : how do you feel ? Super good ? Go for it ! Ok ? Go with some caution. Fatigued (sports, work or anything else) : favor rest and recovery.
Training load might be of some help to visualize things especially for some training blocks. But they aren’t the gold standard for managing a training program. Honest Feel is way more important.
