My Fitness on the Activity and Fitness tabs correlate, but the fitness trend line under the compare tab appears to always lag behind by what appears to be a day even when I’ve updated the date range.
I have checked this over a quite a few days and tried deleting and creating current season fitness line under the compare tab but it still lags.
Tx for those. I have figured this one out. The “Fitness” chart added on the compare page plots daily training “Load” with a “Fitness Average” (42 day exponentially moving average) function applied. It loads 84 days of old data not shown on the chart. This won’t give exactly the same results as “Fitness” displayed elsewhere because “Fitness” is calculated using your complete history. For performance reasons this isn’t done for “Load” with “Fitness Average”. The advantage of “Load” with “Fitness Average” is that you can filter to only include certain activities and so on.
I have added two new fields “Fitness” and “Fatigue” that display the pre-calculated CTL and ATL values using your complete history. If you change your fitness chart on the compare page to use “Fitness” instead of “Load” then everything will line up. I have left the default as “Load” because the differences are small and people have often asked to see load “only for runs” and so on so the filtering is useful.
