Fitness Chart not working propery

Hi there,

it is quite a while since FITNESS was working properly.
It now often says “no activity found” or is displaying only part of the charts.


Any idea how I can get this solved?

Hmm I just logged in as you and it quickly loaded. You are displaying a lot of data. You could try use a shorter window (past year) and see if that helps. What browser and OS are you using? You might also have issues if your internet connection is slow.

Hi David,
I am still having issues showing fitness chart. Very often it will not load or only load partially. Older data will not be displayed.
Today it is not possible even to show old activities. Activity display is stuck trying to load eg. data of september 2021. Hiting reload page on the compare page also stays empty.
Just about writing this, things are functioning properly, but only for a short moment.
I checked internet connection. It is working fine. Also using my mobile phone (wlan) things are functioning properly.
Do you have any idea? It is so annoying always getting suprised if the page is randomly working or not.

I just switched over from Firefox to Bing. What a surprise. Everything was working perfectly. But only that first time I loaded the respective page. Then, same issues as with Firefox. Is there an issue with the cache handling?

I’m not having any issues. I do see partial charts for a couple of seconds while loading all data (like your last screenshot) but it is completely populated in 5-10 seconds.
Using Brave browser with all shields up.

It happens, often, but as @MedTechCD has said, it completely populates with 5-10 seconds.

On my phone, iOS 15.7, it will take longer to load, up to 15-20 seconds, but I only use my phone for viewing data, and perhaps updating subjective/feel scores.

I can see this populating of the page on my phone but on my machine I could desperately wait for hours. Activity icon on the right (blue circle) is constantly turning - nothing will happen.

Try clear your browser’s cache, and see if it makes a difference.

Unfortunately no change

It’s a Chrome based browser that has aggressive add/script… filters and shields.

Using it for over two years now and very happy with it.

Tx Gerald and MedTechCD for helping out.

Intervals.icu sends a lot of data to the client in the background from the server. This can break (e.g. if the client isn’t receiving the data quickly enough).
