One request: it is possible to download/consider from Strava only the Bike activities and not also Run and others?

This got done:

Activity download filters

You can now control which type of activities are downloaded from Strava, Suunto and Polar. Previously this feature was limited to Garmin, Wahoo and Coros. You can also decide what types of activities to download before ticking the download box.
